Payments made for readings are non-refundable.

Prior to your reading, you will receive a Zoom link. At the appointed time log in and Elwyn will share the messages.

• If you do not log in or have wi-fi issues your reading will be rescheduled to a future date due to your missed session.

• You will be provided one rescheduled appointment due to a missed session. If you do not log in for your rescheduled session or do not have stable wi-fi the total cost of your reading is forfeited.

• If you do not have a stable wi-fi connection your session can be scheduled as a phone session. We will not be able to record phone sessions.

• If Elwyn is unable to perform your scheduled reading due to illness or an emergency, your session will be rescheduled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by the necessity to reschedule your appointment.
